What Graphics Card will I get?
You Gaming Box will be paired with the latest gen RTX 4060, a close equivalent or something better. We have a small range of Graphics Cards we are testing during the BETA of The Gaming Box, so you can expect to see this spec change before the end of the BETA. But take our word for it, it’ll be top notch.
What Operating System do I get?
Our Basics Box ships out with licensed, fresh install of Windows 11. Ready to install your favourite apps and programs. Your licence is included as part of the monthly payment to us.
What devices can I game on?
You have complete control over how you connect to your machine, making it super versatile and compatible with practically any device with an internet connection! You can use free software like Parsec or Moonlight, allowing you to play games with no latency with multiple monitors and 4k resolution and 4:4:4 colours. Just download the apps and get ready to game in the Cloud.
How often does hardware get upgraded?
As time goes on hardware degrades and games become more demanding. All Gaming Boxes are constantly upgraded in the background. You never have to pay for a pesky computer upgrade again, we've got you covered!
Are there any contracts of commitments?
Simply, no. Everything is monthly rolling. Meaning, from the date you start your service with us you will be charged on the same day the following month, every month. Whenever you decide to cancel your service you will be given the option to keep the service up to the date you have paid for. There are no contracts and you can leave at anytime you wish with 1 simple click.
Can I download my already owned games & apps?
Yes, your Gaming Box is delivered fresh without any apps or bloatware. Meaning you get to install any of the apps, games and programs you want. Already own a game on Steam? Then you can play it on the Gaming Box, simple.
What is DDoS protection, and do I need it?
DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) protection helps defend your Box from malicious attacks that could disrupt gameplay. It's essential for maintaining server stability, especially for popular games.
What internet connection do I need?
We highly recommend a 50Mbps Download speed to our servers for the best experience, but anything over 15Mbps for slow pace games will work and anything over 5Mbps is acceptable for general computing!
How do I test my ping to your Data Center?
